Equally comfortable either as a sofa or sofabed the Melvin is available in modular form allowing you to build up the composition of your choice. You can have a sofabed with a chaise, a sofa with a chaise, or a corner unit that may or may not include a sofabed. The armrests which are removable, have a storage option. The backs can also be removed to facilitate an easy delivery. The seating height is 45cm. In the sofabed versions, Melvin converts into a conventional bed with a 200cm mattress simply by rotating the back, without the need to remove any cushions. The cover is completely removable and washable if a suitable fabric is chosen. The cushion fillings are soft polyester fibre. The bed base has wooden slats supporting a 14cm deep spring interior mattress. It is suitable for every night use and guaranteed for five years. The scatter cushions are not included in the price but may be ordered separately.
