Buying online
You have the choice of buying one single item or multiples of the same by simply clicking ‘’single’’
button or ‘’multiple’’
button. You can click on ‘’view cart’’ at any time to view the contents of your shopping cart and on ‘’empty cart’’ to remove items.
In placing an online order, you warrant to us that you are resident in the UK, that you are accessing the site from within the UK, are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

All items are subject to availability.
Online transactions
All prices are in pound sterling and include VAT. Payment details will be taken securely online via a Barclaycard ePDQ.
Delivery
a] - Delivery charges
- Collection from either our London warehouse (E16) or our 2 London stores (W1 or SW3): No charge
- Inside M25: Free delivery for all items
- Mainland England, Wales and Scotland: Free delivery for all items
- Non-mainland England, Wales and Scotland, Channel Islands, EU Countries, non-EU countries: Please telephone +44(0)20 7476 7717 for delivery costs.
All furniture deliveries require a signature on delivery to confirm that you have safely received your order.
b] - Delivery times
Estimated delivery times for specially ordered goods are given in good faith, based upon the assumption that all components are in stock with the manufacturer. We will endeavour to adhere to lead times but it is possible and beyond our control that your order will arrive earlier or later than the estimated time.
Changing the specifications of your order after it has been placed with our manufacturers will also increase the delivery times. An administration fee applies for changes requested 7 days after the date of the order.
Progress reports are available on request. When contacting us, please quote your order number.
A delay does not give the right to cancel once the order is in production.
c] - Redelivery charges
Failure to be home for a scheduled delivery will result in a redelivery charge.
d] - Day of delivery
Delays may occur, due to traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances and in no event will espacio be held responsible.
e] - Free storage
Free storage will be provided for up to four weeks after goods are delivered to our warehouse. Thereafter, a weekly storage charge will be made.
Access for delivery
We recommend that you check the dimensions of access points to your home before ordering large items of furniture. You are responsible for determining that merchandise will fit through doorways, staircases, corridors and lifts. Dimensions for our products are available on request and on our website www.espacio.co.uk
We offer a professional measure-up service.
A fee applies when the merchandise fails to fit and we have to either refund or re-make the item.

Upholstery
Fabric colours/dyes may vary slightly from one batch to another.
Leather, especially aniline leather, is a natural product that can exhibit lines, scars and differences in colour/pigment. These should not be viewed as flaws.
Stain protection
Where Guardsman stain protection has been selected, the following charges will apply:
- One item: £85.00
- Two items or more: £120.00
